How will I
feel after my massage?
Massages
promote the flow of blood around the body so it is expected that you can feel
tired.
It may be
that you feel sore the next day, like you have been to the gym and had a
workout, this is completely normal, just rest and have a hot shower to ease the
muscular soreness.
Please
drink lots of water to keep the muscles hydrated.
What
happens if I am ill?
If you
have a cold or a contagious skin infection, then please don’t book a massage as
these can prevent you from enjoying the massage.
